Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions governing your use of our website and engagement of our immigration services.

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Novuo Immigration Services in relation to the use of this website and any services you engage us to provide. By using this site or instructing us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01.About us

Novuo Immigration Services is an Irish immigration consultancy based in Dublin. We provide immigration support, application preparation, case management and consulting. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation.

02.Scope of services

Our services typically include:

  • Eligibility review for Irish immigration routes.
  • Application preparation, documentation review and submission support.
  • Case management and updates through our secure client portal.
  • Corporate immigration and employer support services.

The specific services applicable to your matter will be set out in a written engagement letter.

03.Engagement and fees

An engagement is formed only once a written engagement letter has been signed by both parties. Fees are quoted on a fixed-fee basis following a paid consultation and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by Irish consumer law.

Government, embassy, biometric and translation fees are payable in addition and are not included in our professional fees.

04.Consultations

Consultations are confidential and provide guidance on options, eligibility and process. Information provided during a consultation does not in itself create an ongoing engagement and is not a substitute for legal advice.

05.Your obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documentation.
  • You agree to respond promptly to reasonable requests for information.
  • You acknowledge that the final decision on any immigration application rests with the relevant authority and that we cannot guarantee outcomes.

06.We are not a law firm

Novuo Immigration Services does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Where a matter requires legal advice, we will refer you to or work alongside a qualified solicitor of your choosing.

07.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid by you for the specific matter in which the liability arose. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by immigration authorities, embassies or third parties.
  • Refusals, revocations or other adverse decisions by immigration authorities.
  • Indirect, special or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

08.Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and branding, is owned by or licensed to Novuo Immigration Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce content without our written permission.

09.Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. Fees for work performed up to the date of termination remain payable. Documents will be returned to you in line with our retention obligations.

10.Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please refer to our Complaints Procedure for details of how to raise a concern.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
